About Me

This part is the hardest for me to write.  What am I???

1.  Stay-at-home-mom raising two very active boys.  Most days it feels like we are having our very own smack down wrestling match in our living room.  Add my husband to the mix and there is a lot of testosterone flowing in our home.

2.  Former teacher.  I like to say this to show that I’m college educated and had a working brain at one time.  My husband is also a teacher. 

3.  Resident of Spokane, WA.  I grew up in Moscow, ID and have lived and worked in the Pacific Northwest all my life. 

4.  Volunteer - I’m the volunteer coordinator for my son’s school and have many “jobs” at our church.

I love walking for exercise, reading, painting and now blogging.  This is so much easier for me than putting pen to paper - I don’t know why.

I’ve always had a running conversation going on in my head - now it is on my computer. 

I started this to have a record of the amusing things that go on in our life, but it has become very theraputic.   I hope some day that my boys will enjoy reading all of this.
